USAGE
  • To apply onto body areas after shower and/or before bed to help with hot flushes, muscle aches and insomnia/restlessness.
  • As a condition-based body oil, you may apply everywhere except for sensitive skin areas such as face, groin, pit of the elbow and back of knees.
  • Recommended areas to apply are the head temples, back and side neck, frontal chest, lower abdomen (womb area), hands and feet, in between fingers and toes.
  • Use daily during peri-menopausal period until symptoms subside. Continue to use whenever you need support during this transition.
  • Regular, non-menopausal ladies can also use this body oil for hormonal balancing. May be useful for ladies having thyroid issues.

PRECAUTION
