Ayurveda oil series collaboration with @recoveryasana , with a philosophy of simplicity over complexity.

DEVI in Sanskrit means Goddess. This new formula is inspired by @Recoveryasana Nurul's female patients who came to her for help with auto-immune symptoms, fatigue, burnout, stress, hormonal imbalance, pre-menopause (as early as 40 year old) and menopause. So she thought about creating a blend that fits all these concerns.

The technique of tapping on endocrine glands and lymph nodes are inspired by the modern Ayurvedic and Yoga Therapy approach which we apply to help patients with chronic stress and weak immune system.

So here it is, yet another simple but powerful blend made for women to bring back their OJAS!

Wait, what is OJAS?

Ojas is a Sanskrit term meaning "vigor," and it is best understood as essential energy for the body and mind. It not only gives tissues strength and endurance, but it also protects the health and vitality of cells, thereby influencing all bodily functions and physiological processes.

Star ingredients:
Castor seed oil and Pomegranate Seed CO2 extract

Supporting herbs:
Sunflower seed oil, Sweet Fennel seed essential oil, Ylang Ylang flower essential oil & German Chamomile flower CO2 extract.

How to use DEVI oil for specific purposes

1. For immune fatigue burnout:

Apply 2 drops and tap on adrenal glands and on lymph nodes

Notes: hypothalamus and pineal are located on the temples, pituitary behind ears, thymus on the sternum, adrenal glands on the kidneys, lymph nodes at armpits and hip flexors.

2. For hormonal related issues/concerns ie. reduce period cramps, peri-menopause, menopause

Tap on hypothalamus pituitary axis: Start from hypothalamus then to pituitary, then to breasts, navel, ovaries, uterus and then finish off on the thymus.

1 drop on each point, unless the surface area is larger, 2 - 3 drops should suffice. Apply DEVI on each point using tapping technique or gentle massage.

This oil is quite thick but it has high absorbency.

Use it whenever necessary, and can be applied after KANIKA body oil or other body oil of your choice.
